Contact us for PricingThe COOLSHIRT 6 Person Rehab Station is built around a 75 quart heavy-duty cooler to ensure that you stay cooler for a longer period of time. The cooler incorporates a water port panel that allows for up to 6 connections and also features a dual pump system for enhanced efficiency. Each connection uses our dry-break safety pull release system so that the lines will pull loose when 21lbs of force is applied. This is a great safety feature in the event that someone forgets to disconnect from the system. The system also includes 6 Active Aqua Vests (sizes S-XXXL) and six 12′ safety pull hoses.

Download InstructionsThe COOLSHIRT® Pro Air & Water System delivers temperature-controlled cooled water to the driver’s COOLSHIRT and cooled blower-enhanced HEPA-4 filtered air to their helmet.
Also available with the SFI-Approved FireWear® fire-retardant COOLSHIRT. The COOLSHIRT Pro Air & Water System comes with a 13 or 19 quart cooling unit with an internal pump that supplies temperature-controlled cool water to the shirt and HEPA-4 filtered, chilled air to your helmet via a 235 CFM blower.
Twelve feet of double insulated water hose with automatic shutoff/quick disconnects attach the shirt to the unit, and the Dual Temperature Control Switch allows the user to regulate the flow and the temperature of water for personal comfort based on external temperature variation.

Download InstructionsThe COOLSHIRT® Dry-Cool Air System is an add on component that can be added in series to any water cooled system to provide the option of cool air to the helmet.
Using an independent fan system to draw outside air through an aluminum heat-exchanger, the 235 CFM fan is provides hours of cool air when needed.
Add an optional FC-1 switch to control the fan speed or install with an in-line toggle switch to turn the fan on and off.

The Flexi Freeze Ice vest uses Re-Freezable Ice Sheets to harness the power of 96 pure water ice cubes into 3 ½ pounds of efficient cooling power. Pure water is used because water is the most efficient cooling medium when compared to gel packs or circulated air cooling vests. Cooling can last up to 3 hours depending on temperature conditions. The vest is constructed from neoprene to provide soft, flexible, lightweight insulation. Ice Vest is less than 1″ thick, which allows for maximum mobility and flexibility.
Each vest is outfitted with three re-freezable, removable panels that are attached with Velcro for easy replacement. Adjustable in four places, the Ice Vest has been designed to provide a snug fit everyone from XS to 6XX.
The vest and panels are machine washable with ice sheets removed. Ice sheets maybe wiped down with antimicrobial soap & water.
Extra ice packs are available for continuous cooling needs. -
