COOLSHIRT Return Policy

At COOLSHIRT, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges 

We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale 
• Gift cards 

How to Start a Return

Please email us at sales@coolshirt.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable. 

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of 
payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Let us know in your return request and we’ll do our best to accommodate, based on product availability.
